The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible, except for one person who was quite rude. The breakfast lady, the shaved-hair lady, and the guy who helped with my luggage were all lovely. The charming man at nighttime reception was also great. However, the woman at reception lacked empathy and patience when I had a terrible accident and came back to the hotel injured. the hotel is stunning, centrally located, with a fantastic reception and professional staff. Natasha, the receptionist, was wonderful and very helpful. The other blond lady at the bar was also kind. I will definitely return to this amazing hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had soap. The front area overlooking the port is perfect for drinks and people-watching. The hotel offers 24-hour reception, security, a bar/lounge area, snack bar, coffee shop.

The staff in general were lovely, except for one woman who couldn't care less when I got hurt. Thank God for their exceptional professionalism and courtesy.

Such a shame there's no parking, but who needs it when you can just grab taxis and walk everywhere, right?

The location is absolutely on point, with an incredible view of the port while sipping on drinks. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a great shower. Bonus points for the front desk upgrading my room to an ocean view after a minor hiccup. Loved the 24-hour reception and security, and enjoyed chilling at the bar/lounge area. a super pleasant stay with friendly staff and comfortable amenities. Totally coming back!

The location was perfect for walking to Pacha. The room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The staff were welcoming and friendly, with a special mention to the breakfast lady, the guy who helped with luggage, and the nighttime receptionist. The upgrade to an ocean view room was a nice touch.

The location of this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city! Natasha, the receptionist, was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist with all my requests. The other staff members, including the kind blonde woman at the bar, were also very friendly. The hotel staff are real professionals and it's rare to find such amazing service on the island. I can't wait to come back soon!

Mind-blowing staff, from the lovely breakfast server to the helpful luggage carrier and charming nighttime receptionist. The upgraded ocean-view room was worth every penny, and the location was jaw-droppingly perfect. We were treated to a glass of white wine upon arrival, and the room itself was super spacious, clean, and equipped with a great shower. The reception staff were always there to assist, and we loved sitting out front, enjoying drinks and people-watching. Bed was comfortable, and the soap in the shower was a nice touch. 24-hour reception and security, a cozy bar/lounge area, snack bar, coffee shop, flat-screen TV, pet-friendly policy.

Our stay at Ryans Pocket was fantastic! The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the area without needing a car. The receptionist, Natasha, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite some noise disturbances, the hotel quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a quiet and comfortable room. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and exceptional service.
